Charnwood Borough Council’s Property Services and Asset Management teams have gone live on Service Connect. Orders are raised in Charnwood’s QL Housing system and appointed in Service Connect. The work planners at Charnwood are one of the most experienced teams around and are incredibly positive about the switch to Service Connect, finding that having everything – scheduling, mobile and job costing – in a single system makes their job both easier and more effective. The switch to Service Connect was seamless, with Debbie White, Head of Asset Management for the Council, remarking that no-one on the Council’s SMT were aware that a major system change had taken place. Charnwood and Cloud Dialogs continue to work closely together to keep improving processes and expand the scope of the system to other areas of the business.
