East Midland Housing Group goes live on Service Connect

East Midlands Housing Group own and manage over 18,000 properties spread across a huge territory stretching from Northampton to Buxton. The project to implement Service Connect was part of a major group re-organisation that involved bringing previously separate DLOs under a single management structure, centralising work planning functions, harmonising business processes and introducing new lean philosophies throughout the organisation. The first phase of the project covered all repairs activity across the group, encompassing over 150 staff and 30 subcontractors. Service Connect is seamlessly embedded into the groups Orchard Housing Management System giving front end staff instant visibility of all repair activity.
